In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AV systems are delivered to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on AV professional with strong technical acumen and a passion for delivering world‑class AV experiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with project teams to review and understand AV designs and specificationsPerform on‑site testing and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring full functionalityConfigure, program, and integrate AV components including displays, projectors, audio processors, and control systemsCalibrate AV systems for optimal audio and video performance (levels, resolutions, accuracy)Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning and handoverValidate signal flow and connectivity across all AV componentsImplement and test AV control systems (touch panels, automation, user interfaces)Document configuration settings, commissioning results, and system adjustmentsProvide training and operational support to end‑users and clientsPartner with designers and programmers to optimize system performance and user experienceESSENTIAL CRITERIAPrevious experience in AV commissioning or a similar technical AV roleStrong understanding of AV hardware and protocols (HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, AES67)Proficient in AV calibration techniques and the use of testing tools (e.g., signal generators, analyzers)Familiarity with AV control and DSP platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, or QSCExceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail‑oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to high‑quality deliveryAble to work both independently and in a team settingFlexibility to travel to client/project sites as neededDESIRABLE CRITERIABachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceIndustry certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)Experience in enterprise environments or large‑scale AV deploymentsProficiency in control system programming or GUI customizationFamiliarity with remote monitoring tools or AV over IP technologiesExperience training end‑users and conducting technical walkthroughsEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
