We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, ensuring an excellent service experience from start to finish. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance services
- Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Audi products and service procedures
Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
