The United States Attorney's Office (USAO) serves as the nation's principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General. Support on-going criminal and civil health care fraud prosecutions, with particular focus on matters involving fraud on COVID-19 relief programs committed by health care providers as well as civil opioid matters.
