Associate Attorney - Real Estate
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Overview:
A large, well-established Salt Lake City law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of law firm experience handling commercial real estate and land use matters.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, development, management, and leasing of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties
- Handle transactions from initial contract through closing, including due diligence, title, survey, and zoning review
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Work directly with clients, providing solutions with minimal supervision
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:- 4-7 years of commercial real estate and land use experience in a law firm setting
- Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and property development
- Excellent academic credentials and commitment to ethics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Member of the Utah Bar or willing to obtain Utah Bar membership
