Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced real estate attorney to join its busy Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate contracts.Duties Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts and agreements.Handle easements, development agreements, and land use-related agreements.Manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks effectively.Work independently with minimal supervision.Engage in client interaction and assume responsibility within the practice.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.Strong organizational, analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.Detail-oriented and conscientious approach to work.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Membership in the Florida Bar.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Certifications Licensed to practice law in Florida.Skills Proficiency in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.Benefits Opportunity to work in a dynamic commercial real estate and transactional practice.
