You'll handle a dynamic mix of real estate transactions, estate planning, business law, and litigation while being supported by a knowledgeable, collaborative team.

What You'll Do
- Draft wills, trusts, estate plans, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Manage real estate closings, probate matters, and estate administration
- Counsel clients on business formation, contracts, and small business needs
- Handle litigation including filings, hearings, negotiations, and courtroom appearances
- Conduct legal research; prepare motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client development
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor with active NJ Bar license in good standing
- 3-7+ years of experience in estate planning, wills, probate, business law, and/or litigation
- Strong drafting, research, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven courtroom presence and litigation capability
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Real estate transaction experience a plus, not required
