Attorney - Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation)

Seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney with 4+ years of experience in pre-litigation to join the firm's growing team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement

• Draft and evaluate demand packages

• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates and guidance

• Collaborate with case managers, medical teams, and lien negotiators

• Record detailed case notes in the firm’s legal CRM (Litify)

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license

• 4+ years of personal injury experience required, with a strong emphasis on pre-litigation

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large caseload independently

• Excellent negotiation and client communication skills

• Familiarity with California personal injury law

• Experience using Litify or similar CRMs preferred
