We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is well-versed in SEC reporting and is looking to utilize their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert in a variety of legal matters pertaining to our organization, with an emphasis on SEC reporting and corporate governance. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal support and advice to our organization, including the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Manage all aspects of SEC reporting and compliance, including the preparation and review of quarterly and annual reports, proxy statements, and other SEC filings.
3. Advise on corporate governance matters, including the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to handle complex legal projects and initiatives.
5. Represent our organization in legal proceedings, including negotiations, disputes, and litigation.
6. Keep abreast of current legislation and regulatory developments that may impact our organization, and provide timely and accurate advice to senior management.
7. Conduct legal research and analysis as needed, and provide clear and concise legal opinions.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an attorney, preferably in the corporate or securities law field.
4. Extensive experience with SEC reporting and compliance.
5. Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.
6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
9. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
