QUALIFICATIONS

***Must be an attorney admitted to practice in California and registered with the California State Bar***

Experience in Employment/Labor Law
Ability to work on cases independently and with a team
Quick and effective research skills to form legal strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in a timely and accurate manner
Developing strong strategies to resolve cases in favorable and cost-effective manner
Representing and defending the client's rights in court
Conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations, bench and jury trials
Researching various aspects of the case to support client's claims
Staying informed on any current statutory and case laws
