We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Permanent Attorney specializing in Creditor Rights to join our fast-paced legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law. This role is ideal for a committed professional with a deep understanding of the legal landscape, who is ready to take the next step in their career. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations.
  • Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to creditor rights.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure a comprehensive legal approach.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by offering timely, effective, and strategic legal advice.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law.
  • Proven track record of representing creditors in court proceedings.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
