Job Details

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have meaningful exposure to real estate-related disputes and construction law issues and will be comfortable managing matters through multiple stages of litigation.
Key Responsibilities

Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
Take and defend depositions
Manage all aspects of discovery, including document production and review using e‑discovery platforms
Prepare and examine witnesses for hearings, trials, and arbitrations
Participate in trials, evidentiary hearings, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
Negotiate settlements and assist in resolving client matters efficiently and strategically

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience
Experience with real estate-related litigation and/or construction law disputes strongly preferred
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Solid knowledge of New York civil procedure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
