Position Summary
Seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to support the Business & Finance practice. This role involves working alongside senior attorneys on corporate and transactional matters, with exposure to a wide range of business law disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mergers and acquisitions and related transactions
- Assist with commercial lending and financing matters
- Draft and negotiate agreements (purchase agreements, contracts, leases, NDAs, employment agreements)
- Advice on entity formation, governance, and structuring
- Collaborate on client strategy and deal execution
- Build and maintain client relationships
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong legal drafting and communication skills
- Solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- Business-minded and client-focused approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal tech tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with corporate structuring and governance
- Exposure to finance and transactional work
