Job Responsibilities
The agency is seeking an attorney to join the Office of General Counsel and support the program responsible for the award, administration, and oversight of State government contracts. Prior experience in these areas is not necessary. This position offers a stimulating practice in a collegial environment, employment stability and a benefits package associated with state government employment.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A juris doctor or its equivalent from an accredited law school. Prior to employment, applicant must be a member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar Association.
If you are the selected candidate, you will be required to provide an official college transcript of all higher education within thirty (30) calendar days of employment. Failure to provide the required documentation within the thirty days (30) frame may result in termination of employment.
