PRIMARY PURPOSE
Maintain accurate student attendance records at the campus level. Under direct supervision, perform data entry including attendance and other data.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Records, Reports, and Correspondence
Collect and enter attendance into the established database and verify accuracy according to established procedures.
Assist parents, students, and faculty with questions regarding student attendance.
Process parent and doctor notes and transmit requests for student information.
Call parents to verify student absences as needed and send attendance warning letters as needed.
Report all attendance problems to the designated administrator.
Prepare and print reports, including attendance, grade, roster, and other campus reports.
Compile, maintain, file, and distribute physical and electronic records and reports according to established procedures.

Assist campus office as needed.
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May assist with oversight of Assistant Attendance Clerk position.
