Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Execute business-building activities a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

3+ years’ of real estate sales experience

We provide a curated list of leads in our database looking to buy any listing in the MLS so that you can call and offer to show them that property.

Chatel Group has a database with over 16,000 leads from which you can gain access by demonstrating your willingness to call your own sphere.
We receive 5-10 agent referral leadseach year from agents across the US
Chatel Group receives leads through Effective Agents and OJO for which we pay a 35% referral fee which will lower your compensation.
In addition, we use sign text lead capture to increase the number of leads generated by each of our listings.
Our Day-In-the-Life System in Brivity drives significantly higher conversion rates with leads.
Leverage - You’ll spend more time on activities that generate income.
Transaction Coordinator – handles all contract-to-close communications.
Listing Marketing Specialist - uploads all listing information and photos into the MLS and ensures proper syndication.
Inside Sales Agent – calling into your database trying to set appointments for you.
Director to Operations - ensures that your sphere is receiving newsletters, market reports, and listing alerts. Supports you with Open Houses with neighbor search info as well as leads from database to call. Assists with open house execution.
Coaching - Peter Chatel
Goal Clarity – helps you prepare a business plan that provides you clarity about the required number of calls, conversations, appointments, open houses, doors knocked, etc to meet your income goal.
