Athletic Facilities Manager / Assistant Baseball Coach
St. Ambrose University is seeking an Athletic Facilities Manager / Assistant Baseball Coach to support athletic operations and the baseball program.
This role coordinates scheduling, operations, and maintenance for all athletic facilities, including the Wellness and Recreation Center, outdoor fields, and the Ambrose Dome, while also assisting with all aspects of the baseball program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for athletic teams, campus groups, and community use of facilities
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and purchasing needs
- Serve as liaison with campus departments, vendors, and community partners
- Support baseball program operations, including recruiting, practices, and games
- Assist with game-day administration and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in athletic facilities, game management, or collegiate athletics preferred
- Baseball knowledge or pitching experience preferred
