Athletic Events and Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Athletic Events and Operations Coordinator will assist with the coordination and oversight of athletic events, game day operations, facilities support, and departmental operational needs in support of student-athletes, coaches, and fans.

Employees in this role who have significant responsibility for student or campus activities may be designated as Campus Security Authorities (CSA's) under the Clery Act and are required to comply with related crime reporting obligations. The employee must complete required CSA training and report Clery-reportable crimes in accordance with federal law and institutional policy.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is rarely exposed to outside weather conditions; however, possible exposure to hazards and physical risks to personal safety may occur while operating certain equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
