- Must be able to prioritize and perform tasks with great attention to detail and perform independently with minimal supervision
- Personal accountability for the operation of the camp they are involved with Essential Duties/Responsibilities: *Independent working with campers and instructing
- Supervising counselors on and off during camp duties
- Possibly working with campers overnight in the housing area
