patients and promote good oral health practices simply by having a passion to

Requirements<\/h3>

- Greet patients with hospitality and empathy<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Build a rapport with Patients and educate
them with their financial questions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Gain
a financial commitment from the patient<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Understanding
of general dental operations and patient flow issues<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Utilize
tools, skills, and talents to assist patients in making the best possible
decision for their unique wants and needs, remembering that the most
important choice the patient will make is getting started with treatment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Coordinate
fees and insurance benefits for patients visiting general practitioners<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Utilize
available financial options to give patients choices for how they can pay<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Professionally
overcome the common patient objections/rejections<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintain
accurate patient financial paperwork and adherence to the office manager<\/span><\/span><\/span>’<\/span><\/span><\/span>s financial arrangement parameters<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Properly
use patient account software and maintain accuracy in records related to
patient financials. Obtain necessary insurance approvals in a timely
manner<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Partner
with the Specialty BC, when appropriate, to complete patient care<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- High
school diploma or general education degree (GED)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - One<\/span><\/span><\/span> or more years of experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental
practice is preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability
to understand insurance plans is preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Knowledge
of Microsoft and QSI software applications is preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
