We need an AT&T Sales Associate to guide customers to understand how fiber’s unmatched speed and reliability. The AT&T Sales Associate will serve as a face of fiber, turning advanced technology into everyday advantages for Grand Rapids homes.


As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will complete sales training to understand the advantages of AT&T Fiber Internet, such as consistent speeds and whole-home Wi-Fi. You will consult with customers to determine their needs, recommend the right Fiber plan, and coordinate activations to ensure a seamless experience. The AT&T Sales Associate will also address customer questions and provide support to enhance their Fiber Internet experience.



Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate

  • Drive customer acquisition, promoting AT&T Fiber Internet solutions, ensuring prospects understand the unique benefits of fiber connectivity.
  • Educate customers on the speed, reliability, and streaming advantages of AT&T Fiber Internet, positioning it as the best solution for modern households.
  • Guide customers in selecting the right Fiber Internet package by assessing usage needs such as gaming, remote work, and multi-device streaming.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, service activations, and account details in AT&T’s sales systems to support compliance and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with AT&T Sales Associates to consistently meet and exceed monthly Fiber Internet sales goals while sharing sales best practices for success.
  • Provide ongoing support after installation to ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshoot basic questions, and encourage long-term retention with AT&T Fiber Internet.

Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable promoting sales upgrades, add-ons, and enhanced connectivity solutions.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend AT&T Fiber Internet plans that align with their lifestyle.
