We are a sales and business consulting firm expanding our team in Phoenix and seeking an AT&T Customer Care Associate to lead in-person customer consultations. In this AT&T Customer Care Associate role, you will drive sales by offering thoughtful guidance, strengthening customer trust, and ensuring each person you assist leaves feeling confident about their purchase decisions. You’ll work with transparency and integrity, supported by structured training and ongoing mentorship to help you apply consultative selling techniques effectively.
AT&T Customer Care Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face consultations with local customers, focusing on understanding their needs and delivering accurate, compliant enrollments.
- Use consultative sales practices to assess usage patterns and recommend appropriate solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle.
- Facilitate trade-ins and upgrades with clarity and professionalism, helping customers transition smoothly.
- Support team productivity by participating in daily reviews and strategy discussions, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Provide clear, hands-on explanations of features and options in a manner that is easy for customers to understand.
- Collaborate with leadership to review sales patterns and align outreach with broader business goals.
Who You Are as an AT&T Customer Care Associate:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- You connect naturally with people and can translate complex information into simple, value-focused conversations.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or sales environments with demonstrated performance success.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage customer engagements with precision.
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to grow professionally while contributing to strong sales outcomes.
