In Salem, we need someone to begin as an AT&T Client Service Associate on the AT&T campaign, where the AT&T Client Service Associate gains hands-on experience, builds lasting relationships with customers, and helps us deliver a brand experience that feels first-class, every time.

As an AT&T Client Service Associate , you play team ball from day one. In Salem, the AT&T Client Service Associate learns the ins and outs of AT&T’s cell phone roster, then helps families find the right device—whether they need night-mode photos for Willamette sunsets or battery life that lasts through double overtime.


Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Client Service Associate

  • Support residential customers by answering inquiries about AT&T smartphones, wireless coverage, and mobile plan options with clarity and accuracy. 
  • Guide households in choosing AT&T smartphones and accessories, matching device features to lifestyle and usage needs.
  • Assist with account setup, activations, and plan adjustments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new AT&T customers.
  • Recommend personalized solutions by analyzing data usage patterns and aligning them with AT&T’s unlimited plans and promotional offers.
  • Process service enrollments, device upgrades, and account modifications with precision, maintaining CRM accuracy and compliance with AT&T standards.
  • Address billing questions and apply promotions transparently, ensuring customers fully understand their AT&T service agreements.

Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Client Service Associate

  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Technology preferred. 
  • Experience in customer support, retail, or team‑based environments with clear communication and adaptability.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to simplify AT&T mobile concepts, explain wireless plans, and build customer trust.
  • Organized, proactive, and resilient mindset to thrive in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
  • Proficiency with tablets, cloud‑based apps, and CRM platforms to manage AT&T accounts, track interactions, and ensure compliance.
