Location:  Indiana County, PA
Pay Range:  $36,000-$39,000/yearly

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated At-Risk Youth Intervention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide community-based support to at-risk youth and their families, working closely with child welfare partners to help prevent out-of-home placement and promote family stability.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to pass all required background clearances
  • Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
What You’ll Do
  • Work with families to address challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships
  • Meet regularly with youth and families in home, school, and community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans addressing barriers such as school concerns, legal involvement, family conflict, and substance use
  • Collaborate with child welfare agencies and community partners
  • Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
