Description
- Support or lead on-site construction activities across assigned projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
- Maintain project schedule, safety, and quality standards
- Assist with site logistics, phasing plans, and inspections
- Collaborate with Project Managers and clients
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Track progress and report field updates
Profile
A successful Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare & K-12 should have:
- 5+ years of construction experience (Superintendent or Assistant Super)
- Experience in K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Corporate, or Warehouse projects
- Ability to support mid-large projects or run smaller scopes
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and field operations
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually.
