Description

  • Support or lead on-site construction activities across assigned projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
  • Maintain project schedule, safety, and quality standards
  • Assist with site logistics, phasing plans, and inspections
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and clients
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
  • Track progress and report field updates

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare & K-12 should have:

  • 5+ years of construction experience (Superintendent or Assistant Super)
  • Experience in K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Corporate, or Warehouse projects
  • Ability to support mid-large projects or run smaller scopes
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and field operations

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually.
