Seeking a proactive Assistant Manager of Visual to support store management in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards.
- Manage visual displays, merchandising, and floorset execution.
- Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and safeguard assets.
- Coach staff to reinforce customer service principles and develop talent.
- Create a positive, inclusive environment aligned with People-First values.
- Require 2-3 years of visual display or management experience, strong communication, organization, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be mobile on the sales floor, able to lift up to 75 lbs., and flexible with full-time or part-time scheduling, including weekends.
