We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.

• Lead store team to create a positive environment, coach staff on sales and service, and ensure adequate staffing and coverage.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with 2-3 years of retail or customer service management experience.
  
• Manage multiple priorities, be physically active on the sales floor, and lift medium to large items up to 75 lbs.
