We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Asst. Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and employee records
  • Track all factory payments IE warranty receivables, incentives, parts and service accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Complete end of month accounting reports
  • Oversee floorplan audits and floorplan payments
  • Assist in overseeing the financial and accounting systems
  • Reviewing financial statements, ledgers, and working with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies
  • Train and supervise office personnel

 

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of proven results in similar role required
  • Background in accounting and finance preferred
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team enviroment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds/Ignite System, or the ability to quickly learn
