Retail Sales
Position Scope
Sells and promotes PCC products to guests visiting the various retail sales locations while maintaining a clean attractive work area. Achieves sales goals on a consistent basis.
Applies quality customer service concepts and practices when processing, exchanging or upgrading guests’ purchases.
Interacts with guests by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of the various activities and services provided at the Polynesian Cultural Center and excellent customer service skills.
Good health and be capable of a full range of body movement and lift 25-50lbs on a regular basis.
Fluent in the English language in both written and oral communication.
Know how to use a personal computer.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in a foreign language is highly desirable but not required.
Previous sales experience highly desirable.
Preference will be given to students who can work during academic breaks.
Must attach resume and current class semester schedule (weekly view).
Base Rate per Hour
$16.00
Work Schedule

Approximate starting hourly rate:
$14.00 - $16.00
