    Associate Wealth Advisor – St. Paul, MN AreaA growing wealth management firm is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor / Financial Planning Associate to support client planning, advisor preparation, portfolio reviews, CRM documentation, and client follow‑up.This is a strong opportunity for someone earlier in their advisory career who wants more client exposure, planning experience, and a long‑term growth path within wealth management.Compensation: Min. $75K–$110K Base + Bonus + Benefits. Competitive base salary plus a one‑time incentive bonus tied to firm revenue.What You'll Be DoingSupport advisors with financial planning and client meeting preparationAssist with retirement planning, investment reviews, estate planning, and tax‑efficient planning discussionsHelp prepare client reports, portfolio reviews, and planning materialsMaintain CRM records, follow‑ups, and client documentationSupport ongoing client service and relationship managementUse financial planning software, CRM platforms, and portfolio toolsLearn to identify planning opportunities and deepen client relationshipsMaintain strong compliance, fiduciary, and ethical standardsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or advisory supportBackground as an Associate Advisor, Financial Planning Associate, Paraplanner, CSA, or Junior Financial AdvisorInterest in growing into a client‑facing advisory roleCFP® completed or in progress (preferred)Series 65 preferred or willingness to obtainBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferredStrong organization, communication, and client service skillsEqual‑Opportunity Employer Statement (EEO)MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
