Reynolds is committed to hiring and retaining a racially diverse, culturally competent staff at all levels of the organization who reflect the demographics of our students. At Reynolds Community College, we're investing deliberately in our employees, in how we support them, develop them, and involve them in shaping the institution's future. Our HR team is growing into something new, and we're hoping to find a leader who's excited to help shape it.
