Responsibilities include strategic leadership, managing a $17.5 million budget, supervising six direct staff, and indirectly overseeing over 100 employees across multiple units, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities aligned with institutional goals.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related fields, with at least ten years of progressive facilities management experience. Preferred qualifications are a master's degree, professional licensure, and relevant certifications. Prior higher education facilities leadership experience is also advantageous.
