The Opportunity
  • Provide high quality medical, surgical, and dental care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Educate clients on preventative care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with a skilled support team.
  • Contribute to a positive, team oriented culture.
  • Professional development meetings with ongoing feedback and goal setting.
  • Leadership coaching and practice management exposure.
  • Monday through Friday schedule of 7:30am to 5:30pm with consistent, strong patient flow.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Expected Earnings of $120,000-$150,000.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • DVM degree from an accredited program.
  • Licensed (or eligible) in Florida.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive mindset and attitude.
  • Passion for high quality veterinary medicine and client service.
  • Ability for clinical, urgent care, emergency, and dentistry appointments.
