Your Benefits Package
This role comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000
Monthly Production Bonus, No Negative Accrual
Paid Time Off

Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a veterinarian who brings both clinical skill and emotional intelligence to the team.
DVM from an AVMA-accredited program
Licensed (or eligible) in Arizona
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident yet coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow
Open to performing surgery and dentistry, but not required
Interest in ultrasound is a plus
New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Your Role & Impact
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll:
Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical cases
Perform surgeries and dental procedures based on your comfort level
Leverage a highly trained support team to maximize efficiency
Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets
