Associate Veterinarian - El Paso, TX

A highly respected AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in El Paso, TX is expanding and seeking a Full-Time Associate DVM to join its established and growing team.

With a $50,000 signing bonus, no weekend hours, and a mentorship-driven culture, this position is ideal for both seasoned DVMs and confident new graduates who want to thrive in a high-quality, client-focused environment.

Privately owned and proudly AAHA-accredited, ensuring the highest standards of veterinary medicine
Collaborative 4-doctor team, with several DVMs on staff for over a decade

Advanced, modern facility equipped with:
  • Digital radiography
  • In-house ultrasound
  • Digital dental X-rays
  • ECG
  • Fully equipped rehabilitation suite with underwater treadmill and laser therapy


Who We're Looking For

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time Position | 36-40 hours per week
  • Flexible Weekday Schedule | Monday-Friday
  • In line with hospital opening times 08:00-18:00
  • No weekends required!

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $160,000+ (commensurate with experience)
  • Signing Bonus: $50,000
  • Production Bonuses: True no-negative accrual
  • PTO: Up to 5 weeks paid time off, plus CE days
  • CE Support: $4,000+ CE allowance + 5 CE PTO days

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
