Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
  • ProSal compensation model with 20 - 22% production
  • Quarterly production payouts
  • Opportunity for compensation review after 90 days
  • Additional compensation available for extra shifts worked

Paid Time Off & Flex Time

  • Three weeks of PTO, accrued based on schedule factor
  • Additional compensated Flex Time available for vacation, sick time, holidays, personal time, or continuing education
  • Full-time DVMs: 6 days annually
  • Part-time DVMs: 2 days annually

Continuing Education

  • CE allowance provided annually:
  • Full-time DVMs: $2,500
  • Part-time DVMs: $1,250
  • Paid CE days included
