Working here means joining a team of top technical professionals bringing cutting-edge products to the forefrontoffering driven individuals the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.\ **Key Responsibilities:** - Supporting development and implementation of strategies and goals for assigned commodities in support of overall divisional business objectives. - Supporting development and implementation of processes to build a best-in-class strategic sourcing organization. - Developing and leading cross-functional teams, and leading the process to create strategic commodity plans, consolidation strategies, and spend/supply assessments considering total product life cycle needs. - Participating in sourcing analysis and selection processes and performing cost analyses and make-versus-buy analyses as required. - Participating in the development of contract strategies and negotiating, establishing, monitoring, and enforcing supplier contracts and agreements. - Developing strong partnership relationships with key suppliers and other disciplines within the businesses. - Identifying supply base risks and developing/implementing mitigation plans. - Obtaining and communicating market condition information and technology trends related to commodities and suppliers. - Utilizing market trends to identify and implement appropriate cost controls and business strategy changes. - Performing cost analyses and make-versus-buy analyses as needed. - Ensuring cost standards are established and maintained for annual operating budgets. - Collaborating across functions, divisions, and campuses to develop scorecards and conduct business reviews for key suppliers. - Organizing and leading scorecard review meetings and business reviews. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Masters Degree preferred. - Professional certifications such as APICS, ISM, or CSCMP. - Experience working within regulated industries, especially medical device or healthcare supplies. - 6+ years of experience in Supply Management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development. - Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, supplier contracts, and contract management. - Proven ability to analyze data through cost and make-or-buy analyses to inform sourcing strategies. - Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions. - Proficiency in supplier metrics, scorecards, and supply chain risk assessment. - Familiarity with the medical device industry and compliance standards such as ISO13485, FDA QSR, ISO9001. - **NO C2C CANDIDATES** \ **Interested Candidates please apply on our website at** [**https://jobs.jblresources.com**](https://jobs.jblresources.com){cke-saved-href="https://jobs.jblresources.com"}**.**\ For more information about our services and great opportunities at JBL Resources, please visit our website: [https://www.jblresources.com](https://www.jblresources.com){cke-saved-href="https://www.jblresources.com"}.\ JBL Resources is proud to have earned the reputation of being a premier provider of top talent professionals in the fields of engineering, human resou ces, logistics, operations, and supply chain management.
