The Position

"Critical Infrastructure" refers to a wide variety of systems, including not only traditional on-premise and cloud-based IT systems, but can also include operational technology. As an Associate Solution Engineer, youll be working alongside a peer group of talented professionals. Your job will be to maintain our east region critical infrastructure protection labs, our mobile show labs, and work with our product teams to continuously evolve our SE demo kits. You will occasionally demonstrate OPSWAT products in our labs when customers make site visits as well as traveling to shows to work our booths. Youll also be required to maintain proficiency in the domains we serve, expertise in the products, and a commitment to continuous improvement in both yourself and the labs. In time, this duty may evolve into a field SE role.
