Essential Functions- Research & Project Support
- Support research and innovation activities within assigned projects or functional areas.
- Execute laboratory experiments according to established protocols and project plans.

- Scientific Methodology
- Assist with hypothesis development and basic experimental design with coaching.
- Conduct experiments to generate repeatable and reproducible results under supervision.

- Laboratory & Technical Work
- Perform wet-bench chemistry procedures safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research objectives.
- Maintain laboratory organization, equipment readiness, and material traceability.
- Data Analysis & Documentation
- Analyze experimental data for problems of limited scope and complexity.
- Document work clearly in lab notebooks and knowledge management systems.
- Prepare draft reports, summaries, and presentations for review.

Education Qualifications- Required Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree (BS) in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.
Experience Qualifications- Preferred Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant laboratory or research experience (industry, academic, internship, or co-op).
