Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Join a busy and well-established personal injury law firm handling a wide range of cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims. As an Associate Attorney, youll manage a caseload from intake through resolution while working closely with senior attorneys on more complex litigation matters. What Youll Do
Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial
Draft complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Support trial preparation and collaborate with the litigation team
What Youll Need
Active license to practice law in the state
25 years of personal injury experience preferred
Strong negotiation, writing, and litigation skills
Ability to manage deadlines and handle a high-volume caseload
A client-centered approach and commitment to high-quality legal service
