As an Associate Attorney, you’ll manage a caseload from intake through resolution while working closely with senior attorneys on more complex litigation matters. What You’ll Do

• Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial

• Draft complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement demands

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel

• Support trial preparation and collaborate with the litigation team

What You’ll Need

• Active license to practice law in the state

• 2–5 years of personal injury experience preferred

• Strong negotiation, writing, and litigation skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and handle a high-volume caseload

• A client-centered approach and commitment to high-quality legal service
