Associate Project Manager - Transmission & SubstationWe are a growing engineering and infrastructure consulting firm supporting major utility, transmission, substation, and grid modernization projects across North America. Our Power Delivery team partners with utilities and EPC clients to deliver reliable energy infrastructure solutions supporting transmission expansion, renewable integration, and system reliability improvements. We offer strong career growth, mentorship, and exposure to large-scale utility projects.Support the management and execution of transmission and substation projects ranging from 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 161kV, 230kV, 345kV, and up to 500kV. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource coordination. Coordinate with engineering, design, construction, and field teams throughout project execution. Track project deliverables, action items, schedules, and client requirements. Support utility client communication, meeting coordination, and project reporting. Assist with substation and transmission project planning, scope development, and document management. Monitor project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project milestones. Support construction activities including outage coordination, field reporting, and issue resolution. Prepare project documentation including meeting notes, schedules, status reports, and change orders. Assist with renewable energy interconnection and grid modernization projects.
