Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Contract Duration: 6 months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate Range: $34.00 - $36.00/hr on W2.
Work Authorization: Only USC or GC
M-F 8 am -5 pm, flexible throughout the week (able to also do 7 am-4 pm as needed)
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Job Summary:
- Creating process maps, updating SOPs, creating project plans or tracking systems, analyzing data and making recommendations, SKU setup and process improvement related project work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. in Business, Biology/Chemistry, or other life sciences program.
- 2+ Years of Experience as a PM required
- Must be able to work in a professional office environment with HIGH communication skills.
- Will be supporting multiple people; a lot of common sense and logic is needed.
- Candidates must have a working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various database systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of biological technologies; cell biology, gene editing, genetic engineering, stem cell biology are a plus.
- An ability to focus and not be easily distracted is required, as well as being comfortable with change and shifting priorities.
- Communication and ability to change priorities are key and need to be very strong in English.
Successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas:

- Organizational and detail orientation,
- Analytical, planning, and problem-solving.
- Should also be intellectually curious and results-oriented.
