Our aim isn't just about improving buildings; it's about creating perfect places that improve people's lives.Transform the everyday with us!As the Associate Project Manager, you will assist Project Managers with:Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and project-specific documents to establish project intent.Developing and maintaining a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team, identifying time-sensitive installation requirements.Managing the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.Reviewing plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews.Contracting of subcontractors.Tracking resources and project progress.Documenting project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.Creating project-specific change-order opportunities.Project-specific billing, collaborating with the Project Manager.Project-specific close-out documentation.Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures, and report unsafe conditions and actions.You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteMust be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle programLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:Microsoft Project experience strongly preferredAssociate or Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree 3+ years of technical experience in the low voltage controls industry (HVAC and Fire Alarm systems)Ready to create your own journey?
