You’ll be part of a culture that values everything that you do, who you are, and the goals you have set for your career. We want to give you the opportunity to grow, earn competitive pay, and be happy while you do it. Sounds simple, but we love it.

Your Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking an Associate Program Manager in Plantation, FL! Chewy’s mission is to be the most trusted and convenient destination for pet parents and partners everywhere. Within this mission, our Pharmacy Merchandising Operations team owns the item and vendor catalog ecosystem for our Retail Pharmacy, Compounding, and B2B businesses. We partner cross-functionally to onboard new items, maintain and enhance catalog accuracy, and launch new product types that expand Chewy’s healthcare offerings.

We are seeking an AssociateProgram Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that improve our catalog workflows, enable operational scalability, and deliver measurable business results. This role will manage complex cross-functional programs, oversee key workflows, and drive process improvements to strengthen Chewy’s ability to serve customers, veterinarians, and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own a defined segment of the catalog business, ensuring accurate item setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement across systems.

  • Identify, prioritize and implement opportunities to optimize and standardize processes to improve catalog maintenance and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Partner with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Compliance to support product launches, maintain data accuracy, and resolve operational issues.

  • Synthesize large quantities of complex data into usable/actionable information.

  • Lead system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend scalable solutions.

  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance catalog efficiency and customer experience.

  • Present findings, business cases, and program updates to senior leadership.

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in Merchandising, Operations, Program/Project Management, or a related field.

  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with ownership of deliverables and a bias for action.

  • Track record of taking ownership and driving results in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Love of pets and passion for their care and health.

  • Position may require travel.

Bonus:

  • Prior experience in Software Quality Processes and Atlassian Tools such as Confluence, Jira, etc.

  • Proficient Analytical toolkit – SQL, Python, Tableau

  • E-commerce or merchandising background

What You’ll Get:

  • A place where you can be your authentic self and grow your career. Our pet parents and partners are from everywhere--different places and different walks of life. It is what makes them unique. Likewise, Chewtopians are encouraged to bring their perspectives to deliver on our mission!

  • Work in a culture that cares, with managers who value you and your career journey. Be empowered to think big, thrive on delivering results, and to become your best.

  • Development of meaningful connections with a diverse group of Chewtopians through Team Member Resource Groups and celebrate inclusivity with various company events, programs, and activities.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, in addition to wellness programs and resources, enabling you to be your best self in and outside of work.
