• Work with Program Managers, Finance, Schedulers, and Engineers to track and status progress on the project. rn
• Define and execute ordering of equipment/materials and ensuring they are received and delivered as appropriate rn
• Knowledge and Experience using MS Excel & Word rn
• Track, status, and coordinate Action Item resolution rn
• Support, build, track, and status project/program schedules rn
• Track and status project/program budget and execution rn
• Be able to present programmatic information to team members, management and customers as appropriate rn
• A self-starter and able to work closely in a fast paced, small or large project teams (an absolute must) rn
• Team player and capable of working in a fast-pasted, team environment. (an absolute must) rn
• Active TS/SCI clearance. rn
• Strong communication and organizational skills. rn
• Willingness to learn and take initiative. rn
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks. rn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic scheduling tools. rn
• BA Business Administration and or equivalent rn

• Internship or exposure to DoD, aerospace, or government programs. rn
• Interest in Space or SATCOM systems. rn
• Basic understanding of project management concepts. rn
• Ability to interpret simple technical information and ask clarifying questions. rn
• Coursework or training related to project management or systems engineering. rn
• Experience troubleshooting and analytic problem solving rn

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000

• Assist with day?to?day coordination of Space/SATCOM program activities. rn
• Help update schedules, track milestones, and maintain action items. rn
• Work with engineering, operations, finance, and logistics teams to support program tasks. rn
• Prepare meeting materials, status updates, documentation, and briefings. rn
• Support communication with customers and internal teams to track requirements and follow up on needs. rn
• Help monitor program budgets and financial data with guidance from senior team members. rn
• Assist in tracking contract deliverables and ensuring quality requirements are met. rn
• Support proposal development by collecting inputs and organizing documents. rn
• Follow all security requirements and correctly handle classified information. rn
