This tenure-track position begins August 2026 in Blacksburg, VA, focusing on research, teaching, and mentorship. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Management or related field from an AACSB-accredited institution, demonstrate strong research in top management journals, and have experience mentoring doctoral students or junior faculty. Preference is given to those with research intersecting OB and HR, aligned interests with current faculty, and proven teaching effectiveness.
