Associate Production Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Associate Production Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the creation and execution of designs across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and project objectives. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit, retouch, and manipulate product photos, including on-model images.
• Design and produce emails using templates.
• Create responsive designs for paid advertising platforms.
• Contribute feedback in creative meetings.
• Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all projects.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure designs meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Maintain organized project files and assist in managing digital assets.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent quality control skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Strong photo editing, production, and design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy and composition).
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong and clear communicator both written and verbal.
• Critical thinker and proactive problem-solve.
• Portfolio showcasing photo editing and production skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or 3+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

23.32 - 29.14 - 34.95 USD Hourly
