GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
To provide support to the Production Control Analyst to assist with planning and tracking purchased and manufactured parts needed by production teams to meet the Master Production Schedule.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manages Production Control Dashboards for established and lower priority programs.
Works directly with Production Management and Program Managers to assist with identifying and managing production shortages affecting the Master Production Schedule.
Uses Bills of Material to prioritize manufacturing needs in accordance with the Master Production Schedule.
Provides feedback to the Production Control Analyst to prioritize and balance workloads.
Tracks purchased and manufactured materials to maintain schedule requirements.
Assist Spares Team as needed to expedite manufacturing of spare parts.
Recommend continuous improvements.
Other duties may be assigned.
