Position Summary
The Associate Product Owner (APO), Ambient Documentation supports the Product Owner in the execution and delivery of ambient clinical documentation capabilities that reduce clinician documentation burden, improve note quality, and enable safer, more efficient care delivery. This role translates the established product vision, strategy, and priorities into clearly defined requirements, workflow designs, acceptance criteria, and delivered outcomes. The APO partners closely with the Product Owner, pod team, clinical informatics, data engineering, security, compliance, clinicians, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are execution-ready, AI-enabled capabilities are responsibly implemented, and adoption, analytics, and dashboard solutions are successfully delivered. The Associate Product Owner serves as a leadership partner to the Product Owner, contributing to leadership-facing discussions and reviews while owning delivery execution within defined scope. This role is designed for developing product leaders building toward full Product Owner accountability.
