Role description
Core NetSuite Expertise
oFunctional Understanding A deep understanding of NetSuites functional capabilities including General Ledger GL Accounts Receivable AR Accounts Payable AP Sales Orders Invoices Vendor Bills and Journal Entries
oRecord and Data Structures Familiarity with NetSuites native record types eg Customer Vendor Employee Project
oFinancial Processes Knowledge of financial processes such as expense recognition accruals revenue recognition and payment reconciliation
NetSuite Technical and Development Skills
oSuiteScript Development Proficiency in developing maintaining and troubleshooting Suitelets MapReduce scripts and scheduled scripts This includes understanding their triggers conditions and expected results
oCustomization Experience with creating and managing NetSuite custom records custom fields both body and line level and custom forms
oSaved Searches Ability to design and utilize complex saved searches for data filtering reporting and as drivers for scripts
oPDF Customization Skills in generating custom PDF outputs within NetSuite including embedding other PDF files
oCSV Processing Experience with CSV uploads and processing particularly for data importexport and error handling
oCICD best practices Experience with source control and best practices with NetSuite deployment is a plus
Integration Expertise
oCeligo Integration Platform Indepth knowledge of Celigo for integrating external systems like Amazon S3 with NetSuite This includes sourcedestination mapping and any custom hooks or presave page functions within Celigo
oWorkato Integration Platform Our new preferred integration platform as we are looking to migrate off Celigo
oExternal System Familiarity Understanding of data sources such as Amazon S3 Data Lake for Media Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Projects Vendors ADP for employee records and ServiceNow and Jira for consultant time tracking
oData Mapping Strong ability to define and implement data mapping between external system fields and NetSuite records and custom fields
oAdditional Integrations JP Morgan Integration Floqast Stampli Planful YayPay Concur
CadentSpecific Process Knowledge
oManaging Entities Understanding how Agencies CustomersClients Advertisers ProjectsCampaigns Vendors and Employees are managed and integrated into NetSuite distinguishing between Media Platform Cable and Broadcast specific processes
oAR Standard Process Knowledge of both Media Sales Orders and Platform Sales Orders manually created with billing schedules as well as Customer Invoice Creation Consolidated Invoicing Specific expertise in Cadents custom solution for Consolidated Invoices including the Suitelet for selection scripts for creation printing discounting and unconsolidation
oSales Order to with the EBP Payment Solution Suitelet for processing vendor bills and payments generating EBP files and the AMEXMastercard Reconciliation File Execution scripts This includes handling different payment types and their specific processing logic
Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills
oTroubleshooting Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues related to data integrations and custom scripts within NetSuite

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
