Role: Scrum Master

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Employment Type: Permanent, B2B or Sub-con

Contract Duration: The candidates contract will be for 12 Months with extension possibility

Experience: 8 to 12 Years relevant experience ONLY

Salary/Pay Rate: Market average

Work Mode: Hybrid (twice a week in office)

Language: English (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Scrum Master to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities while ensuring business objectives are met

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Leadership

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies daily standups sprint planning retrospectives reviews

  • Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and best practices across teams

  • Project Tracking Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation on Confluence Slack Asana and Jira for all meetings decisions and progress updates

  • Track quarterly progress and produce reports for senior management

  • Business Understanding

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business objectives and application functionality for each project

  • Align technical deliverables with business goals and KPIs

  • Basic understanding of Media Supply Chain and how assets move through an MSC workflow

  • Work with agentic workflows help to coordinate the agent registry

  • MultiProject Management

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously adapting quickly to changing priorities and new initiatives

  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate effectively with senior management engineering teams operations and endusers

  • Schedule and lead meetings to gather requirements understand pain points and provide updates

  • Proactive Engagement

  • Take initiative in setting up discussions clarifying requirements and resolving blockers

  • Foster collaboration between crossfunctional teams

  • Tools Reporting

  • Utilize tools like Jira Confluence Asana and Slack for backlog management sprint tracking and documentation

  • Prepare dashboards and progress reports for leadership review

  • Identify blockers early and communicate to team through consistent dashboarding reports

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams to enhance productivity and quality
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance processes
  • Support change management activities during project transitions
  • Mentor team members on Agile practices and tools
  • Facilitate quarterly planning sessions and contribute to roadmap development

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum Agile methodologies and related frameworks
  • Handson experience with Jira Confluence Asana and collaboration tools like Slack
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new domains and adapt to evolving project landscapes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with business analysis and ability to translate business needs into actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent Agile certification
  • Experience in program management or portfolio management
  • Background in software engineering or technical projects
  • Background in Media workflows specifically media supply chain
